Let us frame an image of who we are! Bluegrass Frames Bold first opened its doors in 1975 by Nancy and Tom Conley. Their vision was to provide quality and affordable custom picture framing to the Louisville, Kentucky area. In 1991 Nancy and Tom's daughter Susie, took the reigns of the family shop with experience she gained from growing up in the business. To further her knowledge in the industry, Susie Conley received her CPF®, Certified Picture Framer designation through the Professional Picture Framers Association in July of 1991. This qualifies her to frame fine works of art to museum standards.
